either the Ipod or the IHP-120 (20gb) or IHP-140 (40gb)

the ipod is much more stylish and cool, but the IHP has a battery that lasts 2-4 TIMES longer


or get yourself a kickass headphone system: Sennheiser HD600
those headphones are 300$ and send out BADASS quality music :Graucho


Finally, I would get a DVD player that supports DIVX/XVID/SVCD format movies so you can get them all off your favourite download spot and watch them on your big screen TV :winkwink:
