In my "spare time" between being a Dad to a 15 month old, running multiple companies and being a webmaster.... I have had a long standing passion for techno/trance and breakbeat.

In my 15 years of being a DJ I have been fortunate enough to play music from Alaska to Florida. (I know... I'm OLD!) I have some mixes that you can download on my site at DJ Detonate ... Under the products section are "Turbulence" and "Digital Trauma". I always love feedback, and the D/L's are free. They are full 60 minute mixes.

It's funny how close some people are isn't it? My first "rave" was in Anchorage Alaska of all places. We spun in front of 5,000 people. The next party was over 15,000.... what a fun place... nothing to do! So they love the music!

I (like you it sounds like) haven't had much time to spin, but still do an occasional gig for friends and the like. I just don't have much time anymore for "whoring" out to clubs like I used to.

last rave i played was in iowa last year but i barely get out and throw down anymore. i did a house party last week for my boys birthday. i wish i had more time to mess with it - i also produce tracks too and havent gotten around to marketing those.

i used to do trance back in the uk, in the late eightees. Was one of the first guys on the scene in birmingham, and also mixed it up at the hacienda, in the halcyon days of endless summer after breaking it up in Ibiza.

back then was only danny rampling and paul oakenfold making noise.

I'm 33 now so i've put the cover back on my last vinyl, but i am enjoying listening to your mixing.

Thanks Chic! Digital Trauma is somewhat different. Turbulence is all vinyl and DT is all done digitally using CD technology. Let me know if you can hear the difference...

I think it's cool that the same songs are re-mixed and used over so many EDM styles...
