Sinus Massage, ooooooooooooh
 

wow, i just recently developed sinus pressure, never had it before. so one of my friends asked me if i wanted a sinus massage.

amazing

she rubbed my face down for ten minutes and put a hot towel on me, and BAM! my sinus pressure dissappeared.


anyone have any secrets to relieving sinuses?

before or after he rubbed you off?

dont think that anyone actually charges for it, but damn, when she finished i was able to totally breathe easier and my face felt so much better

Yep, I learned how to do that in yoga class years ago. It's not the same quite when you try to do it to yourself, but it kinda works.

well that sounds great, when the pollen gets bad here i need one badly, have to look up how to do it
