I dumped ccbill last month after 2 months of them sucking ass, and I am so glad I did. My new processor(that I won't metion so I don't get accussed of working for them) has had no holes and is giving me 30% more sign ups with the same traffic. All that stuff about summer slowdowns and traffic fluxuations is BS. I just spoke to a friend of mine who still runs with ccbill and he says its slow as hell the last few days, and when he called they gave him the good old "nothing wrong on our end" answer, but I'm doing better than I have for months. If you are still using ccbill your a sucker.

I like to use different processors, never just one. They all have 'slow times' so when they do, I switch to a different one.

Well, since I still have rebills with them I'll just have to let you feel morally superior. I am not going to say which processor because people will say I work for them. I would guess that any of the other big processors will run better than ccbill has for the past few months.

Yes, after the amount of money they have cost me this year it didn't seem like that much work. It would be different if they just admitted they have something wrong and were working to fix it, but if they just want to stick to there bullshit "nothing wrong here" line then fuck them. i can see why someone w/ years of rebills they are trying to protect would be leery of publically denouncing a processor, but you only have two months w/ them? if so keep in mind...

from the chatter here on the fora the last two months might have been the worst times anyone has had w/ ccBill ever, they have been a rock-solid provider for many years on end..

And I heard the phones ringing in the background 20 min when I was getting tech support. Sounded plenty busy over there.

I was with them for over two years and they were great, but the last couple of months have sucked and when I would call they would deny anything was wrong so I finally got annoyed and switched.

Probably webmasters calling to see what the fuck is wrong.

no kidding, but if they are have a problem with there system then nobody makes money. I never said they were intentionally doing it, I said I got fed up with them saying nothing is wrong. As far as traffic goes, why would the holes disappear when I switched? Its the same traffic. I did not just start doing this yesterday, haven't you noticed the threads here? other people are having the same issues, did everyones traffic go bad all of a sudden? and haven't you gotten the syntax errors much more the last couple of months?

I am disappointed that I did not have a chance to look over your account before your departure.

If a client had brought to me any concern about a sales ?gap?, I would recommend that they process a live test signup. I have yet to see a test signup that had not been promptly displayed in the admin after acceptance.

B) isn't the least big informative as you do not name your new processor even

C) is just an emotional venting and ranting


In short, its chickenshit and should be ignored for the nothing post it is, really

damn, it has nothing to do with having problems , they scrub more than others so YOU don't have a crazy amount of chargebacks and refunds, so fucking VISA don't have to tightens the rules again. do you prefer make 10% less and remain in the biz for the long haul , or get more money now , and have VISA forbid porn sites from processing with them because processors like Ibill just "ignore" the cancels from the customers and they have no choice than to charge back to get back their money and stop the recurring.

ever wonder why on some site you can make 35 signups a day and the next day barely 12 ?

I'm having a great day with ccbill, yesterday was awesome as well. I'm just waiting for the scrubbing to hit, prolly this weekend.

go in asia or eastern europe and try to signup thru CCBill with your visa or visa premier , and you'll see that you not only get scrubbed but even when back home you won't be ever again able to use your cards with CCBill. i havent been able to use both my visa international and my visa premier with CCBill since last march ( 2003) still they work perfectly with most processors except IBill wich sometimes refuses and sometimes accepts them

I totally agree that something is up with CCBill. I have had ZERO new sign-ups in the past seven days. I am still receiving the same amount of hits each day - but oddly, no new members. I have, however, had an unusually high number of Denials.

When I contacted CCBill - I was told (surprise!) "We checked your account and nothing is wrong." Whatever.

My site has been online for five years and we have never, ever, gone more than one single day without a sign-up. Now, all of a sudden it has been a solid week and I am supposed to believe that everything is just dandy over at CCBill.

I really wish you would share the name of your new processor, because as someone who was burned by Lancelot and GloBill...I must say that I have a bad feeling.
