The Chili Diet update....

Earlier this week I made a post about my chili and why I thought it would help take a few pounds off....

Although it was just a theory, I have eaten 1 bowl a day since monday... started out at 190 lbs. Down to 182lbs. :thumbsup

......there has got to be other changes to your diet....or exercise.

congrats, you broke a world record by burning 8lbs of fat in 4 days

approx. 28,000 calories

No... I swear... I only eat once a day to begin with so... that one bowl is my normal eating routine... Even had a few pieces of chocolate last night.

May not work for everyone... all I can say is I am down 6lbs and I am real happy....

Although not sure I can go through another pot of it... having the same thing EVERYDAY is a bit hard... Plus, I have a full pot of coffee in the morning and about a 2 liter of regula... not diet... soda a day.

and a pack of smokes... not sure if that has anything to do with it or not... just my daily routine.

How spicy of a chili is it? Spicy enough to make you sweat the 8 lbs off?

What's the reason? I missed the original thread

Can be very spicey or tamed down to taste. I personally prefer it hotter... my gf likes it mild so I go somewhere in the middle so we are both happy.

Not the sweat that does it... it is all the fresh peppers that are in it. I believe. Crackers and cheese will add to the calories...

I think I have anough left for one more day... then I think I will be chillied out... need to start exercising to keep it off... but it's hard... I am tied to this damn computer most of my day and night...

Reason being that it will usually leave your body within a very short period of time....

Like the models that binge and perge... only it is coming out the other end :Graucho

Sorry... trying not to be gross..

NBDesign 06-10-2004 02:38 PM

Cannot find the original thread... maybe one of the Mods can search out that post and bump it so you can get the recipe. :winkwink:

Easy Mac is gross. I don't mind boiling some water now and then. :)

P.S.: If you get the spirals, you end up with more pasta than if you get the original noodles.
