San Diego Wireless Networking info
If you plan to plug a wireless router into the high speed connection in your rooms.......The network here is set up so that when you sign up for Internet access, it notes your MAC address so other computers using your router can not access withough paying again.
You can easily bypass that by cloning your computers MAC addy to the router then letting your router dish out IP's in DHCP mode. If you are using a wirelless router with smart ports...plug the hotels connection into the WAN port instead of the smart ports or it could create a problem because of the 2 different DHCP servers.
Just FYI.
