Call it confirmed in an unconfirmed kind of way. I had my friend in the bureau lift a fingerprint from the railing and it was matched to a Dave Stodgehill, along with twenty-seven other people, probably aliases.

There was also a jizz stain on the keyboard we found up there, forensics is working on it now.

Exactly. You can pull up a rope ladder if anyone is chasing you.

If anyone on this planet needed a rope ladder on their treehouse it's Stodgehill.... but ironically the guy isn't smart enough to realize it.
