Nothing new, it's like many paysite member areas.

Some subtle upsells are ok, and cam upsells off free chat are usually ok with revshare too.

But excessive upsells hurts rebills badly.

They have PPS on a full price join only popping a trial on exit. I'll happily pay anyone $30pps on a full price $30 join. You dont get paid anything for a trial join. Thats hardly a real PPS now is it.

I am paid (and i guess everyone too) on these exits, but whats strange that i can produce with same traffic in one month about 15-20 free 30min trials (paid 30 per SU too) and next month not even one.
When i pushed revshare program there wasnt a lot of rebills from these exit 30min free trials.

I never used banners for upsells surfers like clean memberareas.

Many sponsors (especially smaller PPS ones) have upsells they don't pay for...still better than shaving like hell or always sending late checks with some fishy excuse.

50% or around 30$ to the advertiser, payment processing, bandwidth cost, staff, producing content, etc. With alot of webmasters using hosted galleries instead of paying for bandwidth themselves and movies becoming more and more popular, it doesn't become easier, too. Make a little calculation and you'll see that the site owner has only a small profit on each member...if you don't have a massive ammount of member ensuring some steady cash flow, it's not that easy to pay competitive rates without a little extra from upsells.

I can't think of one affiliate program out there who doesn't have upselling going on from within their member's areas. It takes many forms... other similar niched sites are one, but I'd say the biggest are the live video pages where members pay for 1on1's.

That's fine, that's your game plan and there is nothing worng with it, however stating there are less rebills when upsells are involved is not true. I have refered members rebilling a year later in sites that have a fair amount of upsells in the members areas.

Now if it's FPA after FPA and console after console hiding the actual content, sure. But nobody is that stupid and still survives.

The truth is, most of triplexcash's sites have a PPS model right aside from littleapril? why should you care? You are being payed to bring them a sale. What they do with that member is not of your concern. You have been paid already. Even on revshare, they pay you to bring them an active member and pay on rebils. hey don't have to pay you for revenue THEY generate on their own of the member. If thatw as the case, the sponsor they upsel to would have to pay you if THEY upsell too? Would be an endless retarted cicle.

Start your own paysite and try to survive off memberships alone. Won't happen unless you have HUGE volume. You HAVE to implement an upselling scheme no matter how little it is to make the site worth while. Otherwise you can sit with your 2 dollars per month profit per member.

I hate to say so, but there's also content rotation inside littleapril's site. There's only like 20 sets inside. It converted well, but retention will be horrible.

Give them time, it IS a new site afterall... but seeing 20 rotating sets on a single girl site would probably cause me not to rebill if I was a surfer. I can get every set in gallery form off the teen tgp's anyways :) If you want to see wicked single girl members areas, check out purecash's single amateur sites. Too bad their tours don't do so well on our traffic.

Retention on Little April is not so great though. In fact, it's horrible. Time to update it a bit. The site has been open long enough now that you need to add more content and stop rotating the same 20 sets.
