Chocolate determines age - you might need a calculator

YOUR AGE BY CHOCOLATE. DON'T CHEAT BY SCROLLING DOWN FIRST!


It takes less than a minute........ Work this out as you read.


Be sure you don't read the bottom until you've worked it out!

This is not one of those wastes of time things, its fun.

Go ahead



1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to have chocolate. (More than once but less than 10)



2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be bold)



3. Add 5 (for Sunday)



4. Multiply it by 50. I'll wait while you get the calculator........



5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1754. If you haven't, add 1753.



6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born.



You should have a three digit number.



The first digit of this was your original number (i.e. how many times you want to have chocolate each week).



The next two numbers are..........



YOUR AGE! (Oh YES, it is!!!!!)



THIS IS THE ONLY YEAR (2004) IT WILL EVER WORK - ALLEGEDLY!!

If it wasn't 5am, I'd work out the math on that one...

It's a cute trick but it's hard for me to get worked up because this is the same kind of shit that gets sent to me by my mother, grandmother, all my aunts, the people they work with, and anyone else in my family who uses AOL or can barely turn their computer on. About 30 times a day.

And even worse, when each of them gets it, they immediately turn around and mail it to everyone in their address book. Nevermind the fact that every single fucken person they're sending it to already got it from the first person that sent it out.

My favorite is the "send this hug to 10 people and if you get it back 10 times that means you're loved" bullshit. I've started sending my mom a pic of goatse every time she sends me one and I've almost completely broken her from it.


But yeah, it is kinda neat. Just don't tell anyone in my family I think so.

2. 2x

3. 2x + 5

4. 50(2x + 5)

5. 50(2x + 5) + 1754

6. b = year of birth : 50(2x + 5) + 1754 - b

that equals

100x + 250 +1754 - b

that equals

100x + 2004 - b

2004 - b = your age
100x is the first digit in your answer




when you said it only works for this year, that is correct, but you could just increment 1754 to get it to work next year
