Model Release question..
If you are photographing a girl several times over a period of weeks, is it necessary to get a model release for each day or will one release cover all those days ? This question is in reference to a standard model release. I normally get a new one for each session, I am just curious.

i don't bother having them sign anything
just make sure you ask they are 18+ no need to see any ID or shit |
Talk to a lawyer :2 cents:

what free adult content said
One for every session, and each session should have it's own identification marker. |

yep every session it woudl be easy for a model to claim she signed off on the first shoot but didnt agree to a later shoot and always get her to sign FIRST I've heard too many photographers do a shoot only to have the model turn around at the end and disagree to sign off but STILL demand their money :warning |

It will be safe to say one for each day but that will of course mean a lot of paperwork.

They are being paid for the right to sell the work and the modelling. Depends how your release is worded, but a good way to get around any model claiming one set was paid and the other a "free" one, is take a picture of them holding their IDs next to their face on every set. |

I actually videotape the signing process etc. |
