ATX or TM3 ?
what do you think which one is better?
|
i run tm3 and ucj and like both
|
anyone here have tried both ATX and TM3 scripts ?
|
I have used both tm3, ucj and ATX, now I have only one site that I havn't changed to ATX yet, but will soon, those scripts do not even come close to ATX. ATX will help you grow, and fast, not like the other script, that just keep track on the clicks. So if you want your site to grow, buy ATX, if you don't want to grow, buy some of the other scripts. This is not an opinion, this is the facts.

tm3

We use UCJ and like it alot...
|
Used both UCJ and TM3..
Havent heard of the other.. Wouldnt mind tryign to compare it. But Im scared to try new things when it comes to serverloads and the such... Right now the server is purrring like a kitten... When I add new shit it tends to fuck things up.. UCJ is solid when it comes to heavy traffic and loads.. Thats why at the moment all my scripts and such are very selective in nature when i choose em. Only problem is UCJ is spendy. Tim doesnt give discounts to the Family.. Bastard! ANyhow ill stick with UCJ... I already drive my hosting tech crazy enough as it is! hehehe |
I'm getting ATX installed right now, coincidentally :)
I was impressed by the demo. This is my first paid script. I've been using AT Lite for a few months now. The guy who writes it was kind enough to give me access to one of his sites so I could see it in action and I was very impressed. I've heard it stacks up well to TM3 .. but again, I've never used TM3 so I don't know. As for growing your site .. I think the trade script you chose is important feature-wise .. but ultimately how fast you grow comes down mostly to who you trade with, how you manage your trades and the overall design of your site (design being what users can click on, how much is skimmed etc.) |

I like ATX better, but seeing how I wrote it, that's not really fair :)
Anyway, as for load bone, I know a guy who's running ATX on a server with 2 sites doing about 450k with a load of 1 - 2. So it can handle whatever you throw at it. |

Havent we talked before?? About other things?? |
Yeah, we talked about that gallery harvester script or something like it. Never went beyond a talk though. But anyway, if you want to give ATX a shot, hit me up on icq, i'm sure we can work something out.

I use ATX on about 12 sites now and it just ROCKS!
I love to be able to have one admin for all my sites! TM3 is great, but somehow my sites grow better with ATX than TM3! |

I like TM3 alot... but heard great things from ATX users. I'm not switching yet, but sounds promessing. TM3 is stable and works. |

or you could just post and get it for free!:2 cents: |
AT Lite rocks, so i'm actually getting ready to switch and buy ATX just because of the speed and accuracy of AT LIte
|
btw, I have a TM3 copy for sale, cheap, if someone still want that instead of ATX

So it's not a extended version of AT lite or something, it's a brand new and completely different script. Just check some of the screenshots I put online to see for yourself, or contact me and I can show it on a real site :) |
can i see a big tgp using ATX please?

UCJ is worth every penny.
Easy admin, simple and fast, and gets the job done well. Tried TM3 and never did good for me... |
TM3...great proxy detection and excellant force features...they also offer a payment plan :thumbsup
|
I love my RB4... :thumbsup But that's a whole different story :)
|
Wow! ATX the new contender is ahead in the poll :)
I have both - though I haven't had ATX installed on my own site yet, I have played with it a little on my friends site and am very impressed with what I have seen of it so far :thumbsup The only complaint is the price for extra licenses - its currently on special offer $250 which is a great price. But I really can't see myself paying $500 for another license when the offer runs out. |
Blazin, you're right. One of the reasons that I've extended the $250 intro price period is because I'm not sure about the final pricing. So now I have another month to evaluate the market and set a final price. It'll go down a bit, just not sure how much.
Anyway, check the order page in a month to see the final prices :) (but then again, if you can grow a 500k site on it, what's 500 bucks right ;) |

ATX ownz TM3.
I've used TM3 and found it cumbersome, doesn't promote growth, and honestly the support sucks. UCJ is the tried and true but honestly it doesn't offer me enough control on my trading. ATX gives me all the control I want. I can leave it alone and let it grow at it's own rate or start screwing around with some of the cool options it has to tweak your traffic and find new ways to grow. I sold my UCJ copy and bought another ATX, sold my whole site that was on TM3 and i wouldn't go back if they knocked the price down to 99 bucks. Jason from badassteens.com |
@ crockett
Those two are really different. Especially how both scripts trade can't be compared. AT lite uses a set algorithm to calculate the value of every trade, while ATX generates new algorithms that actually match the site it's running on and has a powerfull AI module so it keeps learning. And all the other features are completely different as well. You could basically love one script and hate the other |

Don't know why people are bashing TM3 but its a kickass Trade Script with alot of features... The only thing I don't like about it is the toplist. Can't get the damn thing to work :( |
ok, we just bought ATX for our site lustypuppy.com
lets see how it work :thumbsup |
using TM3 for my sites and this script rocks!
Just visited ATX homepage and the info with explanations and demo looks very professional. Definitely worth a try imo. I'd say with lower price than TM3/UCJ - this script may take huge part of TGP sites in the near future. |

Yup, it's still $250, till july 5.
Then the price will go up, although not to 500. Most likely it will be between 400 and 450. |

The guys with the big sites aren't going to change something that is already working well for them and if you get them, they will be hard sales (Bonepone's post is an example). So you are left with the little guys which have smaller sites but probably run several sites. These guys want stuff that works well but they don't want to pay $500 for it. |
Is it working on Cobalt Raq4I shit boxes ?
Cause i'm stuck with a couple of them and i will wait before it crashes (if ever...) to switch everything to a better box |
