How Do You Like Your Gator Meat?
 

Last night, the family went out to the local cajun cafe (my first time there but for evrybody else it was their second). We ordereed a plate of alligator meat that was cooked two different ways: fried & blackened. I was surprise to find that it tasted to like stringy chewy chicken (kind of like Chicken McNuggets if they were in the refrigerator for a week).

Anyway, it was a nice treat to be able to eat cajun-style shrimp. Unfortunately, they didn't have any lobster but the crawfish gumbo was good. http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/smile.gif
