Simple idea for GFY
 

Some time ago someone suggested putting a TGP on www.gofuckyourself.com and a small text link "webmasters" at the bottom, to try to get rid of the type in traffic. That would just get more and more curious visitors to register on GFY.

What about just putting a black page as the index of www.gofuckyourself.com with the GFY logo, an huge image file "If you're a surfer looking for free porn click here" and a tiny "webmasters" at the bottom - but on the browser visible area(image to not get indexed on SEs with the "porn" keyword)?
Or anything else instead of "free porn".

By "browser visible area" I mean the first 500 or so pixels of the screen. I think that would help a bit to get rid of the "type in" members who aren't webmasters.

And keep bbs.gofuckyourself.com, www.gfyboard.com and every other possible address the way they're already.

Then we wont have any noobs to pick on... :( :(

It's a simple and good idea. I think I've read about the TGP on the thread your started then, but I'm not sure what was your idea. Did you suggest the same thing? Probably... and some "TGP crazy" webmasters "incremented" it.

One thing to remember is that a n00b surfer may have the potential to become a Veteran webmaster. :)

newbies are ok, the problem are the surfers who type in www.gofuckyourself.com and start posting crap... webmasters post crap everyday, so we don't need even more of it

crap posted by webmasters is ELITE crap

It would definitly cut down on the number of surfers. But what if those surfers "wanted" to start there own site? got to get fresh meat somehow...
