It's converting great (1:5-15 or so for the freebies) with BBW traffic but I wouldn't dare send non-targetted traffic at it, like anything else.

A free ad is someone who places their ad on the site. 100% free no credit card info or any other payment required.

As far as the amount needed, right now it's very low as we only have one official entry and he hasn't sent much yet :)

Ahh you probably picked Per Ad Placed program. There aren't any half page ads up yet for the sites in that program (but there will be shortly)
