IBM prosecuted for abetting the Holocaust??
 

Well, sometimes I think there is something wrong with the american legal system.
IBM was prosecuted because some fucking Nazis used registration maschines of an IBM daughter.
What comes next? Trial against Remington, because Hitler had a typewriter of them, with that he wrote the order to raid Poland? Or a 5.5 billion $-Trial against Sony, because Saddam Hussin bought 500 PS2 to use them as guidance for his rockets?

On a similar note, a local business was charged because one of their employees got drunk at their Christmas party, then left and drank some more at a local bar, then hopped in a car and started driving until she crashed.

Now the business owner has been found liable. If that is the case, then why hasn't the bar been charged as well? What a crock.

I don't think anyone should have to pay for another adult's stupidity.

Unfortunately, we ALL at some point or other in our lives pay for, or as a result of, another adult's stupidity.

Hey, lets not forget that in WW2 Ford helped manufacture vehicles for the Nazis, then after the war the US reimbursed the Ford Motor Company for German factories the allies bombed.

Apparently IBM forgot to donate to the right politicians.

So, the american legal system is just consequent a result of strict capitalism??
