Why is my website PR0?

When I go to http://www.club420.com my PR is 7 at first then changes to 0 after it forwards to the message base...

How can I get the PR7 to stay? Does it matter?

The PR's on the main domain and not your board.. you're not going to get the PR over to the board and really it means fuck all :glugglug
