Any locals? Whats skinny on the place fine dining, places worth visiting, great places to shop and where are the parties at?

Tijuana... really, the clubs close at 1am.

But if you are an early night guy, the Gaslamp district is pretty hot. I forget the name of the club there I went to last year, but lots of hot chicks.

Thanks I will have to check that area out.
