I joined a site ... I always do before I promote a site to check out if its good ... now I try to cancel my subscription and the ibill site is down ...

No wonder they get charge backs . If I get billed ... I will charge back .

8 mins to cancel a subsription ... he asked me TONS of stuff ... I dunno why you need that much info to cancel it.

You should be happy they make it a little harder to cancel.
I have called some processors and they have offered a refund just cause I said I dind not like the site

Ok giving a refound is bad ... but any site should be VERY easy to cancel ... What is your point ? Fucking the surfer over ? HELL NAW . Im sure we would be all making way more money if we never fucked any surfer before with scams etc ...

And why do you think every honest sponsor is paying the price right now with the VISA rules ... cauz of dumb asses that were hiding their cancel form and such

Because sometimes sites go down on the cancel page we offer, a customer service email address so we will cancel for you and email you verification of the cancelation. When they do it we thank them for their business, a large number come back because they are surprised we are so nice and grateful to them.

Good to hear but its still not normal that the ibill cancel site goes down ...
