Is this a fact or just BS?

I had a bee sneak in my house , fucker was huge also .

So i chased him with my Raid bottle till he fell then i crushed him...

Now is it true they let out a "scent" if they get clipped so there buddy bees come to the rescue?

Fact or bullshit?

bhutocracy 06-08-2004 09:43 PM

yeah if you kill one at the nest.. if you squashed on in your living room it's like farting on a football field.

pornstar2pac 06-08-2004 09:51 PM

if it was a wasp, you would be fucked

ModelPerfect 06-08-2004 10:25 PM

Hornets will warn you if you evade their territory without stinging you...if you don't heed their warning, the whole swarm will get you. I found that out the hard way. Ended up with over 40 stings when it was all said and done... SUCKED!

I agree...and I think only wasps attack cuz for bees it'smore like defense...

At first I thought that bee video was a PIXAR animated film then I realized those fuckers were the real deal.

I'll be hearing bzzzzzz all night in my sleep now. Hard to imagine 30 of those giant wasps killed an entire colony of European bees so easily.

thats messed up...i never knew that shit happened

rickholio 06-09-2004 12:00 AM

Poor bees, minding their own beeznis, getting ripped up like a bunch of villagers in My Lai. :ak47:

Aside from pure death for the bees, imagine the damage they wreak on a beekeeper's/farmer's livelihood. Hard to get a field pollenated without the bees working it... :(

Jeff aka NIGHTfall 06-09-2004 12:02 AM

wow.. that is just insaine, i never knew that shit happens

HarryHo 06-09-2004 01:42 AM

I saw this thing on discovery channel one time about ants. You know how you always see them carrying other dead ants and shit. Well same sort of thing happens , they let out a scent that tells the other ants he is dead , and to take him back home. Well the scientists made a synthetic dead ant smell and put a drop of it on a LIVE ANT's back to see what would happen, and the other ants carried the live ant away kicking and wriggling and buried him alive.

pure energy 06-09-2004 03:01 AM

How did that single bee happen to be inside your house?

Vitasoy 06-09-2004 03:13 AM

Wicked vid, those hornets are killer.
