I spent a hour on the treadmill today doing cardio
 
Wow man felt good after the long hiatus.

Ill do this 4x week then start the weights again... feels good to hit the gym again:thumbsup

I did a bunch of lunges this afternoon with some weight and I already have rubberband legs. I always do that to myself. I know I won't be able to walk tomorrow.

i used the preprogrammed routines they got "the fat burning " one. It would raise the incline here and there and so on

Hey keep it up cardio will make you lose more weight big time. I started back at the gym 2 months ago I do 1hr of cardio 2 times a week and 30 mins the other 3 days I go during the week. And I also lift weight 5 times a week. I lost over 15 pounds since a start back at the gym feeling better than ever. Finally starting to see my abs well four of them anyway the bottom abs seem like they will never come.

Welcome to my world, Babe! I do 45min to an hour of cardio 3-4 days a week. It's the longest hour of the day for me! LOL

In the gym the dry sauna is amazing.. I jump in that piece and chill for a hot 5 min then jump in the pool and then back to the sauna. Lovellyy

Agreed, I have a sweet gym in my garage with all the extras. Punching bad, olympic bench, jump ropes, bike, roller blades...

You should start weight lifting right away then, you can turn a good percentage of that mass into muscle and at the same time get more cut.

Weight lifting is cardio too.
