Minimum number of Revshare signups?

How many Revshare signups would you send to determine retention rates and $ amount for a signup?

well in theory you could have a ratio determined by sales on the first hit :2 cents:

i looking to work out the average ratio... to determine a point to bail out of the program and find another or conversly to send more traffic to

Global Dialers 06-08-2004 03:08 PM

oh in that case send between 1000 and 5000 hits if you dont make what YOU think is a good amount of sales / conversion drop the program

Agreed. The notion that you have to send 10 days of traffic to get a feel for things is IMHO false. If you are not seeing what you think are appropriate ratios for your traffic after even 1 day it is probably the sponsor. This is probably as low as 1000 hits.

Every time I have found a good sponsor the results have been immediate.

:eek7

The question basically is what is a statistically significant number of hits/joins and then what is a relevant amount of time to test to understand conversions and retention before deciding on whether the sponsor is worth your effort.

yes time is a factor in revshare unlike per signup... you wont know what the retention rate is like for 3 months... its a bit harder than saying i got 10 signups send 1000hits...

so while you are waiting for the sinups to recurr for the next three months you choose another sponsor and send them another bunch of hits

just because you have to wait 3 months to see what retention is like it doesnt mean that youhave to KEEP sending traffic for three months :2 cents:
