Because of the efforts of posters on the GFY board to defraud our webmaster referral program, combined with the poor attitudes towards webmasters using the program in the signatures, we have decided to change a couple of policies in regards to the webmaster referral program. Those changes are:
1. Effictive Immeaditly: ARS buttons will no longer be allowed in GFY post signatures. Seccondly, your participation in the ARS Webmaster Referral program will be terminated if you are using an ARS button in your signature past 6/11/04.
2. Webmasters who are not promoting ARS in any other manner except for the Webmaster Referral program will not be allowed to participate past 6/11/04. You must actively promote another ARS program in order to continue using the Webmaster Referral program.
These changes are necessary to help us better police the program and to get the intended return out of the program.
It was never created with the sig whore in mind. It was created as a means of generating additional revenue with ARS by promoting the program itself to other webmasters.
Please take the time today to insure you are in compliance with these new policies.
