its all in the water: drink a lot of water, the water fills you up. Then do exercise

I need to loose about 15-20 lbs still. Already about halfway back too my old self from where I started.

6 lbs ground beef
4-5 selarno chili peppers (depending on how hot you like it)
5-6 mild yellow chilis
5-6 Jalepenos
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 small onion
2 lg cans dark kidney beens
2 lg cans tomato sauce

Salt pepper garlic salt to taste chili powder (hot).

Brown ground beef and season with spices... while the beef is browning... cut and add your peppers... cover and cook on low for about 20 min.

Add the 2 cans of kidney beens (DO NOT drain the juice) stir
Add the two cans of sauce
season again with salt pepper and garlic salt and chili powder to taste.

Enjoy :thumbsup

ps - those are the basics... certain brands of sauce, and spices will vary the taste of the chili... will not say what ones I use... it's a secret :winkwink:

Not actually sure if you will lose weight with this... just sounds logical.... you eat... and like the girls who binge and purge... it is gone quick without pukeing.

Just a theory... not really been tested :winkwink:

6'1" at 210 with a decent amount of muscle. I'm working for 195 and I'll be very happy.

I'm down from 270+ in January :)

QualityMpegs 06-08-2004 01:58 PM

Oh, hey Easton...do you have a picture of yourself you could post? I'm curious as to what 6'1" looks like at 190 pounds.

Forgot to mention... you should let this cook an hour - an hour and a half after adding the sauce on low and stir avery 15 min or so.

Also... another very important item.... DO NOT drain all the grease from the beef... that is where a lot of the flavor comes from.... in fact... if you use real lean ground beef... or ground serloin... don't drain any.

Let me know (if you make it) how you liked it :thumbsup
