It amazes me that people get so upset ofer a word.

Most of the time they are totally meaningless when you look at the source they are being spoken from. :2 cents:

this is true but alot of times it offends peoples heritage and sometimes the heritage is all they have to hol onto no matter whether you whit, black, indian, catholic, protestant, muslim, whatever its still something people hold strong too thats why alot of people get offended.

One thing that makes me wonder is, a lot of people that want a society devoid of things like religion, censorship, etc, are so PC at the same time. Its kind of a contradiction to the type of society they want. Words are just words.

Its very rare that words can offend me.. I wasn't offended by what was going on this AM.. I was annoyed.. it was ruining my GFY time. :)

Never wwent in for all the PC crap...

I think on a whole... we all take ourselves too serious and have forgotten how to laugh at ourselves. :2 cents:
