Man arrested for assault with a taco

An Iowa man has been arrested for making an assault with a chalupa, or deep-fried taco.

The Des Moines Register says 24-year-old Christopher Lame threw the pancake at a Taco Bell worker Nancy Harrison after she refused to deal with his complaint about not being served the right food.

Harrison had reportedly refused to take the complaint seriously when Lame did not produce a receipt, and pointed out that the restaurant was closing.

She then turned away from him, but not before she was hit in the face by the chalupa.

Lame ran out of the restaurant, but Harrison followed him and took down his number plate.

"I've never had anything quite like that before," police detective Darren Cornwell told the newspaper.

Alright, I've never thrown it at their face, but I've thrown food back at the end of the resturant whenever they wouldn't deal with giving me the right order. One time, I went to a 7-11 and I poured a cup of coffee, and the pot ran out of coffee about half way full, at about the size of the smalls.

So I said, it didn't fill up because it ran out, can you just charge me for a small, and I showed her. She's like nope, gotta charge for the size of cup, and I argued for like 5 mins, then just threw it down on the counter and left!

I guess I'm one with a bad temper at stupid people.

You should have dumped it in to a small cup then ask her if she was happy...WTF are you doing buying coffee from 7-11 anyways?

well, if she had two brain cells she would have offered to get you a small cup and pour it into that. Since she has to do inventory based on the cup sizes should could write that off as a spoil. Latteral thinking is not everyone's gift.
