Feedback wanted on new *cheap* outsourced labour company.

Friend of mine in Ukraine is toying with the idea of starting up an outsourced labour company. I have used this guy myself for last 2 years and he is VERY good and is now looking at expanding and making it a proper business.

Yes we know of the couple of existing ones and their pricing and services.

His idea is for basic workers with html, photoshop, and english for around $400 US per month.

These wont be graphics design gurus, or hardcore coders, but people who can make websites, use photoshop to modify images, cut up templates etc.

At $400 they would be full time - 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, but in a fully managed environment where they are monitored to make sure they are working and where a person with hardcore skills can indeed help them out if they get stuck.

You can have them making templates, updating your content, replying to members with access problems, making new galleries, new sites, whatever you want.

At the moment am just trying to see if there is much demand ? Just post if you would be semi interested - no commitment etc intended.

Cheaper can't hurt.. is there really people there willing to work cheap enough that 400 a month is doable business wise?

Yeah... correct me if I'm wrong but $150-$200/month is considered a decent salary in Ukraine.

That's why there's gonna be an influx of webmasters from ex-USSR, India etc. as Internet becomes more and more accessible to them.
