Is it legal to marry at 16 in some states.. but you have to be 18 to pose naked?

Just curious if anyone knows the logic behind this.

I dunno.. here where I live.. I can have sex with a 14 year old and see her naked live.. now if I happen to take pictures of said event, I could go to prison.

The laws are fucked with regards to sex and age imho.

Well, I understand the need to protect the children from some of these people... there are some real scummy people in this world that take advantage of kids. I just do not understand the logic behind this.

Kinda like being able to serve and die for your country at 18... but cannot take a drink till you are 21.

not sure about that but here in florida age of consensual sex is 16

The 16 law is kept incase girls get pregnant, goes back to church days
