I use them and they are great. Excellent customer service, a 24-hour help desk and full technical support. Full suite of site tools plus free search engine submissions. I've used others in the past, but these guys are real professionals and always willing to help the newbie. Check out my site at http://www.jills.org, which is hosted on their servers.

I picked up a dedicated with them a few months ago and while they screwed up the DNS on some of the domains I transfered over, everything has been going fine since. While not the best bang for the buck, they've been good to me.

I've only been hosting with them for a few months. In that short time they have been very helpful, responding to every one of my stupid questions within 24 hours. I can't point to any time when my site was down. With XXX Storage there were constant outages and it cost 50% more per month. I have a lot of confidence in XXX Web Hosting and recommend them.

I have www.lpzip.com hosted there now
and I love it havnt had any problems and I havnt seen any downtime yet.

I have there dedicated server package

I used the for about 3 months, that $5 a gig is pretty much a ripoff. There support answered questions in a manner which was just dissapointing, the answers were something like, hey go to http://www.yahoo.com and look it up in the technical of our server help files. Very bad support.
I switch to www.svwh.net though $1.80 a gig and never any downtime. added 5 domains there already.
