baking soda and water for now .. then get yourself some prevacid and take it every day.. that stuff works really well, and they just started selling it over the counter a few months ago

whenever it happens to me I just sit there and wait till it goes away. It's a pain in the butt though cause sometimes it takes ages

if you don't have any tums, pepsid or any other over the counter shit, try a spoon full of baking soda, works wonders!

NEVER do yogurt or milk... it helps relieve the burn temporarily, but makes it worse in the long run.
