is the only solution to this to kill email on the domain and use different email addy?

it isn't the spam.... it's the fact that they are spamming in MY name. Using MY email addy.

I think you me they send spam and use your email ie: [email protected] as the reply too address in there spams? If thats the case your pretty much fucked nothing you can do happened to me also and many others

yes, exactly. I get dozens of spams a day (in additon to the other 4000 from other spammers) from my own email address.

I'm seriously at the point that I'm just gonna shut the fucking domain down.

i was getting upwards of 500 undeliverable emails bs messages sent back to me cause of they used my email as the reply to address "return address"

I cut that email off onlything i could do at that point.

either that or I need to put up a big giant ass fucking portal on that domain and take advantage of the free spammer labor.

yes, I get spam from my own email header as well. And I always wonder if they actually make any $$ from their crap spam, which is always some viagra or penis enlargement crap, usually not even legible.

Everyone knows I have a pretty liberal stance when it comes to spam, but this pisses me off, especially with the new CAN SPAM shit....
