Take a look at The Caves Hotel in Negril. That seems to get alot of high remarks from couples. The Ritz-Carlton, Rose Hall, is considered one of Jamaica's top hotels, but some people check out to go elsewhere because its more luxurious and less fun. I stayed at Breezes Montego Bay and had a great time, but i think you'd probably have more fun at any of the Sandals or Couples resorts....
