Their rules seem very strict.

I dunno Mikey, I think compared to most per-click programs, they are pretty flexible.

I've heard (but not experienced) that most per-click programs are a scam anyway.

This one has a minumum payout of $25, but programs like Adwealth.com have a perclick program with payouts of $100 or more!
