That's right...he didn't ask for fees upfront...I have his original email when he contacted me wanting to do a BYOT design for me and exactly what the terms would be.

A business deal is a business deal..regardless of money exchanging hands. He made a deal with me and then refused to reply on ICQ or emails for 2 monthes????

Im just speaking from experience , I contacted Pimpdog like 4 months ago and asked for some content for a BYOT that I never got around to building .. but I wouldnt say I did anything wrong, plans just changed .

Okay .. seems there is more than a few , all I was saying is that in MY experience , freehugemovies tried to call me out on another board , for something he never even payed for and I told him many times he wasnt going to get for free . so I wasn't going to take his post as serious , thats all .

No, he is not one of my affiliates and it was not just for him to use. He was supposed to do a BYOT design for me to offer in my program to my affiliates. And yes, it was to be paid for upon completion.

And the bottom line is that he refuses to reply to ICQ's or emails and it's been 2 monthes...so like I said, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES regardless of the terms of a job
