So im waiting days and days for ccbill

To setup a new account + approve a paysite. Heard nothing back, mail them today, get a response back saying the member url isnt correct.

Yup, they are right, i accidentally gave the wrong url when setting up the new account. But i also corrected myself that same day and send the new url to TWO people who said they were setting up my new account. I friggin send it 2 times and find out a week later nobody did shit. If i didnt mail them today nothing wouldve happened.

2nd bad experience ive had with ccbill in a real short time.

They make so much money yet their employees seem to have the motivation and brains of a monkey.

Yes, it sucks if it takes that long!
But on the other hand: you could have given them a call after a day orso, because the setup process only takes me about 4-5 hours in TOTAL on average.

So instead of waiting a week, you could have called them sooner

strange.....I've never had any problems with them. I usually get a new site approved within hours of submission

But I always call immediately after submitting to make sure they have everything they need and it's correct. Did you try calling them? That's always faster.

:2 cents:

Well the reason i was quite patient is because i asked several things of them so i figured it would take some time. But, 1 little error (that i corrected right away) and they forget about the 2 other things i need as well.

Call em.. seems to be the only way to get meaningful quick responses. :2 cents:

I find it worse that they closed your first account...
since there was no reason to do it.
