Sierra from perception. Seems like a good beginner kajak for easy sea transportation. Been checking it out and I think this is the one I will have. Goes for about $500 or so. Anyonehere use to kajak? |
i do, i have one of those 1 or 2 man sit on top kayaks i use at the beach and in the river.
Isn't swedguy a kajak guy?

He was the one who helped me find this one. |
i've done it once...pretty goodtime.
we went through 3 rivers and two lakes or some4thing like that...the rivers had a current so they were more fun. |
I guess kajaking is not that common then :)
I am still a certified whitewater canoe and kayak instructor. My friends and myself have only paddled Dagger kayaks. http://www.dagger.com/ So if you are looking for an extremely biased opinion on what to buy.......Just ask me.

Isn't it kayak not kajak? oh well just being picky. I've been kayaking, but only on flat water not rouch water style. It's fun
I did it years ago for a short period, really funny
It's looking very nice.. You should have fun
Yeah I spend most of the time in the summers at my cabin who are by a huge lake complex and I thought it would be a nice way to explore it and realx :)
I have a kayak, but I haven't taken it out of the garage for the past two years.
I have kayaked a few times but don't own one yet, If I were to buy one it would be a sit on top one so that water doesn't fill up the inside... I like white water.:thumbsup
