ldinternet 06-07-2004 12:27 AM

FlyingIguana 06-07-2004 12:27 AM

I would rather suck a cock than watch that shit.

(and that won't be happening anytime soon)

SmutGiant 06-07-2004 12:32 AM

Never seen them. Probably never will. Don't have much patience for movies, lol... I can't even sit through a full tv show.

tootie 06-07-2004 12:33 AM

I could never date a guy who didn't like LOTR or Star Trek or video games or RPGs... life would just be sooooo boring.

baddog 06-07-2004 12:34 AM

Read the book, own the 1st DVD, but it is still in the original wrapper . . . have no intentions of opening it. Got free passes to see the premeir of the 3rd one, gave tix away.

Have no intentions of seeing them

pure energy 06-07-2004 12:40 AM

I watch all LOTR movies more than once!

Shoehorn! 06-07-2004 12:41 AM

Never seen any of them, have no desire to. I have also never seen any Star Wars movies or an episode of Star Trek, and frankly I don't want to.

If you end up with Episode 3 Tickets...

Can I have em? :Graucho

Joe Citizen 06-07-2004 12:49 AM

I haven't seen any of the Lord of the Rings movies.

Everytime they are released I'm in Amsterdam and have better things to do than go to the cinema.

I'll catch up with them eventually.

Joe Citizen 06-07-2004 12:52 AM

Besides, I like to remember Peter Jackson as the guy who make Bad Taste and Brain Dead.

I love low budget splatter movies.

TurboTrucker 06-07-2004 12:53 AM

Never seen any of them.

Ditto.

I will, however, read the LOTR books someday.

tootie 06-07-2004 12:59 AM

I would never laugh at someone because they hadn't seen a movie, by accident or by choice. If they don't want to see it, that's their decision. But I'm REALLY glad I found someone to share my love of nerdiness. Hehe.

Hey, I tried giving them away here on GFY, nobody wanted them.

pimplink 06-07-2004 01:26 AM

I've seen the movies and read all the books. I really think that Legolas got too much exposure in the movie when he was barely mentioned in the book...

pimplink 06-07-2004 02:57 AM

Go on and read Sauron's sentiments...

I am the Lord of the Rings blah blah blah...

AVM 06-07-2004 04:29 AM

Anyone notice the irony in the initial post? The people who adore this film, laughing at those who do not/have not seen it? Next thing you know, Treky's will start beating "niggaz" down with lead pipes, because you can't recite caption 9, sector 6, sub paragraph 2b of the millenium pilot episode in Star Trek.

I mean really, I hate to generalize, but wtf - Is your self esteem that low, whereas you have to glorify such gay-interests, and condesend those who do not partake in such homo-rific hug hobbies?

TweetyBird 06-07-2004 04:30 AM

I've seen them all :thumbsup
