Lensman...How do I donate to GFY?
 

I want to be the first to donate to GFY or setup a way that it can be done...

I think everyone should be able to donate $5 a month or so, and whatever money isnt used for hosting/bandwith costs should be donated to a charity...

Seriously...TO A CHARITY...and the donation should be made publicly, maybe take a bit of heat off the industry...

this is the most retarded thing i have ever read. the guy is getting paid ~10k per month for EACH banner at the top of the page alone.... and you want to pay for his bandwidth......

well some sort of donation account or something should be setup...theres alot of money on these boards...and alot of less fortunate or cancer ailing people could benefit from a bit of it...

Im not trying to come off as the goodguy on the boards...Its just for once i posted a serious thread, and if you cant be serious about it, then keep your :2 cents: to yourself...

GFY Makes enough money on the banner spots. $3000 for each top banner and $500-$750 for each small adds you see when you post. Also Lens host the site at his own hosting company so the BW costs arent this high.

All I fuckin care about is the search feature to be re-enabled.

I've paid my debt to this board by having been a continuous active member for 3 years now... I, along with many, many other top posters, am the reason that this board got so big. Pay for it? :1orglaugh
