How often should you add new gallerys???

Is once a week enough? or every other day?
I usually add new ones when I see a decrease in traffic.

I submit new galleries everyday... with different models...

Sometimes Ill do a heap and add them as I finish up to 5 a day then Ill have a break and post 1 daily

Once a day sounds like a lot.
I usually have to make sure that I have enough content first. I would hate to run out.
