What is best used to navigate a site???
 

I started using graphic buttons for navigating my site. But now my pages load slower.
So what is best to use,buttons,text links,image map???

I prefer good looking text links (so nice font type and nice colors etc.) or supersmall .gif files (a small nice button don't has to be larger than 2KB).

This because speed is most important in adult biz.

I use text links on mine too... like you, I made all these buttons but the page slowed down so damn much that I went back to just plain old ordinary text.

I will probably go back to text links.
Buttons do look better but the visitors are there to see pix. Not pretty buttons.
At least thats what I am thinking.

Are we talking about a free or pay site?

I'd use some type of button on a paysite, or maybe use a table with a nice background to put textlinks on (kinda make it look like a button).

Pay or free, I'd say text, or really small <File size> buttons would be good... Where we can afford the luxury of speed, alot of (L)users are still using dialup, and they wanna be spending the time loading pics to spank to, not the menu...

I have made the switch to text lately, just too lazy to do the gif's right now. You can make any text link look good with the right colors.

I switched to text links and the pages are loading faster.
So I'll see how things go from there.
I'll mention, it is a free site.

I use text links on free sites. After all it is free. They want fancy graphics, they can join one of my sponsors.

put text links... put some css on it and it will be nice enough for an free site...

TGP, Paysite, AVS, Linksite etc etc.
