CPM Programs?
 

OK - I am up to about 7,000 hits per day - and that is growing pretty fast. I am looking for a CPM site that will pay me for people who hit my site and then immediately leave. Any program that I can make a little cash on these surfers. It can be an impression banner or a pop-up window...
I don't care - just as long as it pays a little something for these people...

I used to see $5 per thousand sites all over - and now... nothing. Hell - I'll take $2 CPM if it is out there...

Anyone hear of such a program?
