Judge Rules That Voice Media Vs New Destiny Must Go To Arbitration

www.lukeisback.com

Request by New Destiny for a Temporary Restraining Order denied.

Ron Levi (owner of Voice Media and the key figure for years behind CECash, Cybererotica and that network) had no comment.

Neither do I... let the two companies fight it out in private.

Actually... to clarify... New Destiny, as expected, will have to arbitrate, but Xplor was not forced to arbitrate... Xplor just has to wait its turn until that part of the matter is resolved.

The jugde said on the record that she would've issued an injunction if it weren't for the arbitration clause. Let's see what the arbitrator says in response to that.

" The Court Order references that in light of VMI dissolving as a corporation, Ron Levi is individually liable now on our claims against VMI. "

Arbitration usually is a joke, but frivolous lawsuits are clogging the courts, so they have no choice but to put cases into arbitration. Nobody likes TRO's. They usually stiffle the wrong side.

Ron Levi, come out -- come out, and talk to us please. DeepUnderCover won't bite.:thumbsup

Hi Confucy - long time no talk to.....

I'll only repeat what I said initially. This is simply a contract dispute.

I said they would stay the action in Federal court, and they did. They granted our action to compel arbitration.

I'm very confident that we will prevail in arbitration, as we will go by the contract, and we have done nothing wrong.

Hope this quenches your thirst because I will say no more in this thread.

FM, when you stopped posting, the boards became less interesting.

Are you going to The Players Ball in San Diego? Yes, another place where you are missed.

Good luck with the arbitration.:thumbsup

Ron, I suggest you read that thing a little more closely... or perhaps ask your attorney for a more thorough explanation.

Good luck with your new program.

Peace within.

Yes, I'm quoting myself...and yes, I was being sarcastic...

Sorry, but this VoiceMedia thing is sort of like the Chairmain of Enron saying, "it was just a phase I went through...but I'm better now".
