Clearly I'm paying to be noticed and I've accomplished that. This isn't a charity event. If he wants to bump to bump that's fine. But I wan't the webmasters to know that the money is going to the person who posts the most.

I'm totally prepared to pay and have it in my budget. Nothing would make me happier than to stay on the first page of GFY for 6 months. But since it is my money, I'm going to stick with the "spirit of the contest" which is to reward the individual who puts in the effort.
