that my diet requires 4 egg whites and 2 eggs for breakfast in the morning and since my cook isnt here on weekends I'm going to skip breakfast?

i can't cook anything, but even I can cook eggs. Just throw them in the pan for 3 minutes, put them on a plate, then stab at them with a forked thing. (I like green Tabasco on mine)
