Car Sites..

What is a good site for cars like to show them your car, ask them about good parts, etc.

4Pics 06-04-2004 10:23 AM

www.newcelica.org if you have a celica.

StRoGE 06-04-2004 10:29 AM

From experience...Any turbo project for anycar is going to run you around 3k for the parts and labor, then plan on another 500 - 1k for tuning...:) :)

any other questions e-mail me @ [email protected]

I have a feeling your compression is too high. You would have to take that down before you even thought of installing the turbo. Unless of course you dont mind blowing your engine after 2500 miles. :2 cents:

StRoGE 06-04-2004 03:01 PM

If your looking to do it yourself (alot more fun in my opinion) check out http://www.homemadeturbo.com .
Otherwise search google for a "kit" or hit your local speed shops.

What do you mean by that ?
So don't put a turbo ?

skinnay 06-04-2004 04:32 PM

you're not gonna be able to run much boost on that, but a turbo, intercooler, plumbing, wastegate, timer, is gonna run you probably close to 5k. plus tuning costs.. but a shop may do that for you if you buy all the stuff from them. not worth it IMO.

Chaldoray , just a friendly advice.
I bet you are still young , so you don't have enough expirience to drive , owning a driving licence ain't means a shit mate.
Second thing , it's first car of yours , you better start adopting (size , handling).
also , you don't need turbo on that mazda , it's fast enough for you. Invest in good stereo and such.
Good luck!

Theo 06-04-2004 04:41 PM

yes,cardomain is my favorite one

No if your asking cluelessly about it, you by no means have the intuition to handle it. No offence but put down the Import Tuner magazine and drive it as your daily driver as it's meant to be.
