Counter problems!!

I recently bought a Domain Name with DirectNic and now my counter stats arn't working as they use to! It doesn't track my incomming traffic correctly, it also shows my own domain on the ounter with a large amount of traffic next to it. Before I got my domain everything was working fine... What can I do to fix this from happening?
