What is the differnece between Anime, Hentai and Manga? Which is the best? Which one makes me cum? Which one makes you cum? Which one makes your mom cum?

I believe that manga is when it appears in a comic book. As for hentai and anime I couldn't tell ya.

I read an article a couple years ago that expained all the symbolism that's uses. like when somebody bleeds from their nose or eyes it means they're angry. Drool means horny, weird shit.

Anime - Japanese / Asian cartoons. This material does not contain massive sexual content.
Hentai - Japanese / Asian sexually explicit cartoons. Are toons that has nudity.
Manga - Non-adult Japanese comic books.
doujinshiis- adult Japanese comic books.

Grimez is correct. Anime is mainstream japanese "style" animation, a la... Animatrix or Yu-Gi-Oh. Hentai is adult content. Manga can include comic strips as well as books and often is drawn in a black and white, pencil-style.
