Guess again. These aren't amateurs that are putting out the dvd and Redlight is not going to take Rick Solomon's word that everything is ok with her on this. They have a release from her and a copy of her ID, I would bet my house on it. The ID they have because it would be two years in the Fed Prison, the releases they have so the Hilton family cannot sue them.

The reason why they havent announced it is likely because Paris Hilton has it in the agreement that they cannot disclose it with a nice hefty liquidated damages clause. This is all about money and you can be sure Paris is getting her piece.

I don't subscribe to wild conspiracies, what I do follow is money and the logic behind peoples business actions usually can be explained by thinking about who is likely making the money here.

Fletch, Rick did not say he had no release from her. He said no comment. When I asked him off camera if she was getting money from it, he didn't answer the question.

He did say she's shooting a movie right now and that she's also got a music video coming out too... so no matter how you look at it, the publicity and exposure she's getting are making her money and giving her opportunities she wouldn't have had without it. God knows that Simple Life show is a train wreck.
