Telia, Chello and BIP are Swedish IPS:s where you must be a customer to get a homepage. BIP gives away free accounts but I belive they send out the password by oridinary mail. I think most of those hosts are ISP:s.

Most of these ISP:s only allows non commercial personal homepages and will delete the account if it takes to much bandwidth or contains porn... however it will probably take some time before they discover it.

Telia end TeleDK are both major Scandinavian ISP's. They do allow legal porn, but if it takes a lot of bandwith they WILL remove the files without warning. They both give about 20mb free space if you have an account with them. I have an old account with Telia. They shut down my page, because i had a few movies on it, which got downloaded too much.

oh and by the way: They both DO allow FTP access. Thats how i uploaded my files.
