Any ideas to generate more hits and members

a new layout might help yours looks dated and the thing following the cursor is just annoying ..

also serach engine optimisation .. S.E.O may help aswell

make some freesites feeders

get a pro designer or at least use a easy to read font for your navigation.

background-images like you using it are ... ermhh ... oldschool too.

make freesites and tgp-galleries. and submit them on a daily basis.

post on all the webmaster boards to get some people linking to your site.

don't fuck the surfer! EVER! make clear what he gets when entering your site.

wow man.. that i cant read that font.
