I cant find pics of mine right now and Im too lazy to take new ones, but mine looks a HELL of alot better then that first pic posted.
Is your friend using an S-video cable or something? The quality blows. Make sure he's using a DLP cable. Makes a world of difference.

would be nice if i had a wireless keyboard and mouse other than that it is just plain stupid :)

you didn't watch movies on it?

Well maybe you don't have any use for it but it's Kick ass if you connect on a nice surround sound system to watch movies.
